


Even though it was mostly skin, it still has so many little details. The Kyklopes (Cyclopes) were the storm-giant forgers of thunder and lightning. It took me ages to build and prep, ages to make the big base, and age to paint. I am one of those people for whom it is one of life’s big thrills to label things. Now that I have a Silhouette, I’m starting to realize that it’s like one big label maker of its own, full of labeling potential. I decided that my glass sugar and flour jars needed some label action of their own…one wants to protect against baking blunders at all costs. (“Is it sugar? Is it flour? How do I know?”) So, I decided to whip up some labels in Silhouette Studio. Now, when someone says, “whip up,” I know I often roll my eyes and think, “Sure! If you’re Martha Stewart.
